CPA, ABV, MBA, has extensive experience in corporate, trust & estate and personal taxation, business valuations and advisory services.  She focuses on closely held businesses in a variety of industries.  Ann has an MBA from the University of South Florida and holds an accreditation in Business Valuations (ABV) from the AICPA.

Ann currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Manufacturers Association, is a member of the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.

Mary has a BA degree in Accounting and a MAcc degree from the University of South Florida (USF). She has served as a board member and event chair of the Accounting Circle Board of USF and is currently the Events Coordinator for the USF Pinellas Alumni Chapter.

Mary has served as an officer of the Florida Institute of CPA (FICPA) – Suncoast Chapter and continues to be involved as a continuing professional education speaker for the FICPA.

Paul has a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University. Paul is a council member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is the Past Chairman of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). In addition, Paul has authored books and chaired several seminars on topics of accounting, tax and business planning

Javier serves on the Board of Directors at the Clearwater Regional Chamber and Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation. He is a member of Vistage International and is also part of Tampa Bay Wave’s Mentorship program. Javier is fluent in Spanish.

CPA, CFE, has extensive experience in auditing, forensic accounting and fraud investigations. From an industry perspective, she focuses on long-term care and not-for-profit organizations. Nancy is a Certified Fraud Examiner and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Nancy is currently active on several not-for-profit boards including:  Morton Plant Mease Health System, Homeless Empowerment Program, Diocesan Finance Council for the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Advocare Trust, and Random Acts of Flowers Tampa Bay.  Nancy also serves on the audit committee for BayCare and the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay.
