Peer Review Results

Every three years, CPA firms are required to obtain an independent peer review of their system of quality control for their accounting and auditing practice.  The most recent peer review report received by PDR Certified Public Accountants expressed an unqualified opinion.  The firm received a rating of pass which is the most positive report that can be received.

Our principals’ professional involvement includes membership in the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

	William E. Price CPA, founded PDR Certified Public Accountants in 1974 and has a background in corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements and succession planning. Bill has extensive experience in retirement planning, estate and gift planning and analysis of real estate and other investments. Bill has a BS degree in Accounting from Florida State University.
	Nancy M. Ridenour CPA, CFE, has extensive experience in auditing, forensic accounting and fraud investigations. From an industry perspective, she focuses on long-term care and not-for-profit organizations. Nancy is a Certified Fraud Examiner and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Nancy is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in finance. Nancy is also the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Morton Plant Mease Foundation.
	Brian L. Gunderson CPA, CFST, often assists manufacturing, distribution and contracting clients with tax planning techniques to minimize their tax burden. Brian has extensive experience in corporate taxation and is qualified to represent corporate sales tax clients in a tax audit, perform audits under the Certified Audit Program, and review documents during the sales process for areas of tax exposure. Brian has a BS degree in Accounting and an MS degree in Taxation from Florida State University.
	Ann M. Paxton CPA, MBA, ABV, has a background in business consulting and corporate tax planning. Ann is a Certified Valuation Analyst, is accredited in Business Valuations (ABV) by the AICPA and has extensive experience in performing business valuations. Ann has an MBA from the University of South Florida and is a graduate level faculty member with University of Phoenix. Ann is serving on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Manufacturers Association and is a member of the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council.
